1. Order Processing & Dispatch All orders placed on the GEN SYNAPTIC SOLUTIONS platform are processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation and payment realization. Processing times may vary depending on component availability and order complexity.
2. Shipping Partners & Tracking We ship exclusively through registered, reputable domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post to ensure safe transit. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
3. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
- Delivery will be attempted strictly to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of checkout.
- Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address (including correct pin codes and contact numbers).
- GEN SYNAPTIC SOLUTIONS will not be held liable, nor will we issue refunds or free replacements, for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
4. Delivery Delays & Liability While we strive to ensure timely deliveries within the estimated timeframes, GEN SYNAPTIC SOLUTIONS shall not be held legally or financially liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company, postal authorities, bad weather, natural disasters, or any force majeure events outside of our direct control.
5. Non-Refundable Shipping & Return to Origin (RTO)
Failed Deliveries: If a shipment is returned to our facility (RTO) because the buyer was unavailable to receive it, the premises were closed, or the buyer rejected the package at the doorstep without prior authorization, we reserve the right to deduct the two-way shipping costs and a standard restocking fee from any applicable refund.
Shipping Fees: Any outward shipping costs, handling fees, or expedited delivery charges levied at checkout are strictly non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
