The Platform is owned and operated by BANASRI DAS, an individual proprietor doing business as GEN SYNAPTIC SOLUTIONS, a sole proprietorship firm registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws of India, with its principal place of business in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Platform Owner’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’).
Your use of the Platform and the goods, tools, and services provided (collectively, the ‘Services’) are governed by the following Terms of Use, including the applicable policies (Return, Shipping, Privacy) which are incorporated herein by reference. By accessing, browsing, or transacting on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any alternative terms proposed by you are expressly rejected and shall have no effect. - Intended Use: The electronic components, microcontrollers, modules, and tutorials provided on this Platform are intended primarily for educational, prototyping, and engineering development purposes.
- No Critical Systems: You explicitly acknowledge that our products are not authorized for use as critical components in life-support devices, medical equipment, automotive safety systems, aerospace applications, or any other environment where failure could result in personal injury, death, or severe property damage.
- User Risk: Your use of our Services, code snippets, interactive pinouts, and hardware is solely and entirely at your own risk. You are independently responsible for assessing that the hardware and code meet your specific engineering requirements.
4. Limitation of Liability & Warranties Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information, schematics, or materials offered on this Platform for any specific purpose. We expressly exclude liability for any technical inaccuracies, software bugs, or hardware errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Intellectual Property Rights The contents of the Platform and the Services—including but not limited to the tutorials, interactive pinouts, UI design, layout, graphics, and proprietary software tools—are the exclusive property of GEN SYNAPTIC SOLUTIONS or licensed to us. You do not have any authority to claim intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or scraping of the Platform’s content may lead to legal action.
6. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GEN SYNAPTIC SOLUTIONS, its affiliates, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim, demand, or action (including reasonable attorney’s fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, your improper use of our electronic components, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
7. Force Majeure Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, we shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event (including natural disasters, courier strikes, server outages, or government actions).
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
